We aim to provide you the best service when returning faulty goods/products. It’s therefore important that the products being shipped back to us has a detailed fault description attached. Please fill out the form before sending your RMA shipment.
- Fill out the form. If you have a support ticket number from our Ticket system, please type this in the first field. It’s also possible to attach pictures of the faults.
- After sending your request you will receive an e-mail with an RMA receipt.
- Print and attach the copy of the RMA receipt to the physical shipment. In this way we’re able to distinguish between an RMA return and other returns. RMA returns are being prioritized.
