You need to login to send a RMA request

We aim to provide you the best service when returning faulty goods/products. It’s therefore important that the products being shipped back to us has a detailed fault description attached. Please fill out the form before sending your RMA shipment.

Instructions: ‎ 

1. Fill out the form and make sure you are logged in to the support site while doing so. If you have a support ticket number from our Ticket system, please type this in the first field. It’s also possible to attach pictures of the faults. Only one unit per RMA unless the units have the same fault.

2. After sending your request you will receive an e-mail with an RMA receipt.

5. Print and attach the copy of the RMA receipt to the physical shipment. In this way we’re able to distinguish between an RMA return and other returns. RMA returns are being prioritized.  

6. Any further information related to this matter should be done to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Don't change the "Subject field", that acts as an ID for all communication onwards.
